Smart System Controller - Digital Power Tracking and Active Amplitude Controller

The Smart System incorporates all the features and benefits of both the ATAC and the SmartTrigger controllers into one unit.

The ATAC section will monitor the bowl with Amplitude control and Active tuning.

This closed loop section will:

Maintain bowl vibration intensity over a wide range of loading conditions for consistent performance
Provide a smooth, quiet bowl operation
Eliminate line voltage variations

The SmartTrigger sections will monitor the in-line feeder and the hopper to provide smooth operation and maintain vibration intensity.

The three sections of this Smart System are interfaced to operate as a complete closed loop system. Each unit will monitor the operation of the others and will operate or shut off depending on the operating status of the other two system components.

This unit can also be provided as a dual unit, with the ATAC and one SmartTrigger interfaced together.
